Describe what you want to accomplish, and AI creates a structured plan with concrete tasks and time estimates. Then work through them with timed Pomodoro sessions. Pomodorian combines AI planning with a focus timer: the fastest way to go from 'I need to do this' to actually doing it.

How the AI Planner Works

Type a goal in plain language, "prepare the client presentation for Thursday" or "finish the lab report", and Pomodorian sends it to Claude, which returns a structured list of concrete tasks with time estimates sized to Pomodoro sessions. It works in eight languages: describe the goal in your own language and the plan comes back in that same language, titles, task descriptions, and tips included.

Review Before You Commit

The plan does not start automatically. It lands on an editable review screen where you can rename a task, change its estimated duration, reorder the sequence, or delete anything that does not actually apply, before any timer starts. The AI proposes a starting point, not a fixed schedule you are stuck with.

From Plan to Timer in One Click

Once the plan looks right, import it directly into your task list and start the first session immediately, no copying task names into a separate app, no re-typing anything the AI already generated.

Why This Matters More Than the Timer Itself

For a lot of procrastination, the actual blocker is not lacking willpower to focus for 25 minutes, it is not knowing what the first concrete step even is. Removing that decision, converting "I need to work on this" into a specific, time-boxed first task, is often what gets a session started at all.
