A Heatmap of Your Actual Focus Time

Every completed session fills in a day on a GitHub-style contribution heatmap, so instead of guessing how productive last month was, you can look at it: which weeks were strong, which days were empty, and whether focus time is trending up or quietly declining after a busy week of meetings.

Streaks Without Gamification Pressure

A current streak and total hours are tracked automatically, but there are no badges, levels, or virtual rewards to chase, the numbers are just a record of sessions you actually completed, not a game layered on top of your work, so the incentive stays tied to the work itself rather than to hitting an arbitrary number or protecting a streak for its own sake.

Exporting Your Data

Session history can be exported as CSV or Markdown, useful for pulling focus data into a spreadsheet, a personal log, or a weekly review document, since everything otherwise lives only in your browser's local storage and would otherwise be invisible to anyone but you. There is no dashboard to log into and no third-party analytics tool to configure: the export is the entire pipeline.
